Terrible service!! Not once but twice did they fail to contact me to reschedule bookings, in their words ‘forgot’. Complete waste of my time for what should be an enjoyable experience for a first time buyer. We were left waiting outside on both occasions for 30 mins which is completely unacceptable. I definitely won’t be putting ANY business through Richard James and I certainly wouldn’t recommend them for selling your house if they can’t contact buyers in good time. Seems they take on more than they can handle…
