First and foremost - they achieved full recovery of all monies and fees so there's no better outcome that could have been achieved. I had never needed to use a service like this before so I have nothing to compare to but it did seem to take a while between each step. I would have preferred quicker but I don't know if that's possible. I think the main thing I would have liked was better communication. A couple of times I asked for info and In this day and age where everything is internet instant, not knowing what was happening, what the next stage would be etc seems a bit out of touch. But like I said up front they achieved 100% success in collecting what was owed to me so I would have no hesitation in using them again should the need arise.
