Liv and the team were superb from start to finish in selling our property! Great friendly service and had done their homework on area and best price to sell and whilst more expensive fees than other quotes they valued our home far higher based on its high quality spec and got the asking price that can only be down to the way they give guided tours and assess it properly not just by using market data as I had two other quotes and both were much lower and didn’t seem to take in to account all the renovations and high end finishing. Thanks to you for your detailed personal touch it was totally worth it 🙏 would recommend these ladies professional approach to anyone reading this.
