From the outset Tamara was professional and enthusiastic. It is because of her that the sale went through, she was tireless in striving to get the best price for me as well as chasing other estate agents and solicitors. When she was not available Ellie stepped very ably into the fray. It was obvious that they knew my house and talked regularly about it. I cannot recommend Martin and Co highly enough. Absolutely fantastic, leaving other estate agents in their wake and showing them how it should be done!

Lettings were brilliant! So organised and so helpful! They are let down by the staff in property management, rude and not helpful, don't place calls with contractors in a timely manner at times.

Shit service. I set up a viewing for them a week in advance, just for me to show up and no one be there. When I call Matt Meyer the Negotiator, he tells me that it was taken today. Yet he sent me a confirmation for viewing this morning. They wasted my time, which I took off work and didn't even have the courtesy to inform me. Also if someone was in the process of letting the apartment then why not inform me for proper expectations. I emailed him this and he just ignores it. So they have no regard for ones time, not even enough to apologize. Instead they try to suggest some other apartment that looks like a motel. Do not do business with these people. They're selfish.

When I moved in, Matt was extremely professional and kind. When I terminated my lease early under the military break clause, I experienced harassment from the landlord and she unlawfully entered the home without notice and took pictures. Upon notifying Martin and co I was met with a cold response from Ellie Carey and no assurance that my privacy was a concern nor did she ask me about what happened. I also learned that the company is sharing information and possibly photos with future tenants. I’m considering legal action because this has been a very upsetting situation. I recommend that others from base find an agency that cares more about tenants rights.

Very unprofessional agent Matt. First showed us house Charles place Bury st Edmunds then took our "application" on the phone what it was name and what we earned. After 30mins got email that we declined! Second husband called about different property Northen rose close to arrange viewing, Matt never got back to him! Called again spoke to lady, she said Matt was busy and call us straight back what its never happened! And we noticed that both still on the market! Dont say that it is no record from to try contact you! I got emails with enquiries from myself Dovile Sherman to Martin and co!

Be careful with your deposit. This company is very sneaky and will take at least half of it for 'cleaning' and minor damage which should come under wear and tear if you're an occupant of the house/flat for a certain period of time. They WILL NOT take this into account which is illegal. They will also avoid or defer discussions on the matter to other companies like DPS which makes it harder to claim your deposit back. They will also ignore black mould in a bathroom, even when asked to do something about it, and were slow to reply (weeks) on anything financial. Untrustworthy, unscrupulous and thieving.

They take the holding deposit and then forgot about you. Be carefull with those types of scam.
