From the initial phone call to the appraisal and throughout the process it was clear everyone at Mark Ewin knew what they were doing and dealt politely and professionally. From a recommendation, the effort put in at the appraisal was far greater than other agents and Kym really knew what she was talking about and had done her research. The online portal to see viewing and feedback was really great, along with the direct feedback received from all the team. Then the updates received throughout the sale from Sharon were excellent. All staff members were friendly and professional, and made us feel valued as a customer.

Selling a house is a big deal and we really appreciated their patience and willingness to talk things through if we had any worries or concerns. Kym was particularly helpful when we were preparing for photos and viewing. She was just really reassuring, but blunt when needed! Mark Ewin were great throughout the whole process. They were the most approachable of all of the agents I got to value my property and felt like the easiest to deal with.
