We were in the difficult position of selling my mother's bungalow after she moved from Suffolk to live with us in Staffordshire. Having used Mark Ewin for our own house sale we very confident to use them to sell mum's bungalow while we were a distance away. Unfortunately we had an added complication when my mother passed away suddenly three days before we were due to exchange. Alison from Mark Ewin was amazing - liaising with everyone involved in the chain, keeping me in the loop and always with compassion and understanding. The chain managed to stay together while probate was applied for and eventually we completed on the sale 4 months later than expected. Mark Ewin were amazing throughout.
