From my first contact with your office 21st November through to completion of the purchase on 7th January - your team and specifically Gabriella made it surprisingly so absolutely easy!! Not only did she become my point of contact, kept me fully and regularly updated by both phone and emails, arranged often extremely "lastminute.com" viewings of the house. The day before, I had a very bad experience with another Bury Estate Agent, so unpleasant, inappropriate and unnecessary that this resulted in me pulling out of that house purchase on the actual date of exchange. Having proceeded with exchange of contracts on my house sale finding a new property urgently was more than challenging. Your staff were amazing, understood not only my requirements but also my potentially "homeless situation" and went above and beyond to transform a horrendously stressful time into a really delightful experience from initial discussion to viewing, offer progression and completion.
