From start to finish the customer service and care has been exemplary and we have been so well looked after. We didn’t have any stresses or worries passed onto us and every time a little niggle cropped up Sharon dealt with it seamlessly. She even went above and beyond by dealing with issues lower down in the chain as the other agents weren’t doing what they were supposed to do! I can honestly say we would definitely use Mark Ewin again and 100% recommend them.
