Even though I only had a small property to sell I felt that they were as interested in me as if I was selling a mansion (not always the case with some agents I've discovered). From the outset, Mark explained the evaluation and sales process with patience, detail and clarity and he gave me 100% confidence that my house would sell, without being at all pushy. Although I didn't get the chance to meet any of the team I felt that they all knew who I was whenever I called the office and knew the details of my property. Sharon was absolutely fantastic at keeping me up to date with what was happening as the sale was progressing. She was very proactive and often went above and beyond to ensure that the sale completed in a reasonable time. I get the feeling that the whole team takes pride in what they do and all do their best to ensure that their high standards are maintained. I would definitely use them again next time.
