As first time buyers we were a little lost on everything but kym at mark ewin was extremely helpful, she helped us with many issues that we were not sure about, even with things she didn't have to, dealing with solicitors on our behalf, chasing paperwork etc. I would recommend her to everyone and urge people to use mark ewin when buying a property, we will definatley be using them when or if we decide to sell!
