Matthew was professional and knowledgeable and was able to answer all my questions. Buying a property is stressful and he was compassionate and wanted what was best for us as his clients.

Matt and the team were good to work with and quickly found a new tenant for me when my previous tenant upped and left just months into her contract. There were some impressive late night texts from the Director to assure me when I had a concern about an issue. Overall, given that I have now used the majority of agents in Bury I would say that Belvoir was the best experience.

Belvoir were recommended to me as a letting agent for my property. To date their service has been excellent. Matt initially viewed the property, he was very complimentary but also came back with a few items that needed addressing prior to letting. This to me showed an attention to detail that other agents hadn’t considered. They found me a tenant very quickly and kept me informed all the way through the process. The only improvement I might suggest would be a better hand over to the tenant maybe showing them around the property so they are aware of items like gas / electric meters / boiler controls.
