It was such a pleasure working with Matt and Isobel. They are both very responsive, helpful and have such friendly manners. Isobel got in touch with me the same day I inquired about a house for let. She was very responsive to all my questions via email or phone and made the paperwork process very simple. Matt was very prompt to our viewing appointment and was so patient when answering all of our questions about the house, as well as offering resources to local gardeners and window cleaners. When we had any questions for our landlord, Matt was great at getting the answer to us quickly! The atmosphere of the office is very inviting. Isobel and one other gal (unfortunately her name slips my mind) have very warm friendly attitudes, which make the letting process less daunting. Overall great crew and business!
