We have been renting with Newton Fallowell for over 12 months now and I can’t recommend them enough. At the start, Jayne was very helpful in arranging the property viewing and then in getting all the formalities sorted and getting us moved in quickly. Since then, they have always been quick to respond to any requests we’ve had, even replacing our electric shower when it started leaking. Ben has been very accommodating and understanding when they needed to book check-ins at the property. Both Jayne and Ben have always been helpful to us over the phone and in person. I have rented with Newton fallowell for a few years after they took over from a different agency and the change was very noticeable and very welcome . Jayne and Ben are always at the other end of a phone or email and couldn’t be more accommodating. Nothing seems too much trouble.
