Ben and Jayne have been brilliant with arranging our tenancy agreement. Very friendly with fast responses, a very smooth process overall! Thank you. Coming back having just finished our tenancy with Newton Fallowell - Ben and Jayne have yet again been amazing throughout our tenancy. They have been quick to reply to emails and fix any problems as they came up, including replacing wooden windows and a leaking shower! They are both lovely and have been very accommodating and understanding. The end of tenancy has been such an easy process, with lots of flexibility and they were both very respectful when booking in viewings for the house. We would definitely recommend Newton Fallowell, with special thanks to Ben and Jayne!

After graduating from university, I have been on the search for a flat to rent near my workplace. While the process has been challenging, I was lucky enough to come across Newton Fallowell. Jayne, the lettings administrator, has been incredibly friendly and professional with every email and phone call I have made since the beginning. It is very easy to get in touch, and Jayne has helped to make the process effortless. I am grateful for the pleasant experience I’ve had so far, and from seeing all the positive reviews, I look forward to the next few months of renting with them!

I have experienced excellent service from Newton Fallowell from my very first phone call to them. They are friendly, professional, and helpful. Jayne, the Lettings Administrator, has been fantastic and has gone above and beyond to support me with the lettings process. Ben, the Lettings Manager, is knowledgeable and efficient. Both of them have offered outstanding customer service and their communication has been excellent. I can’t recommend highly enough!
