I thought my luck was in when you answered your phone promptly. You proceeded to ask me to call back at a more convenient time (an understandable request), although it would have been nice if you'd given me the time to finish asking 'when would be more convenient?' before ending the call. Sadly you didn't and I evidently didn't pick a more convenient time when I called back later in the day as I had to leave a voicemail and haven't heard back since. Therefore leaving me no alternative other than replying to your review. Having spoken at length with my colleague that attended on the day I understand that unfortunately the previous viewing over ran as they sometimes do but we very much appreciated you waiting an extra couple of minutes for us. My colleague then proceeded to move his car to allow the the previous viewer off the driveway as he had parked behind them. He then entered the property as normal to help with anything that you may have needed whilst you were looking around. Once you'd finished the viewing you left, not before your colleague/partner/friend thanked him for his time.
