We have recently purchased a property through Crew Partnership and the service was absolutely fantastic. They guided us all the way through and gave us a clear time line as we were first time buyers. We were having trouble with the solicitors blaming each other for hold ups. In the end we ended up communicating through James who managed to sort out everything by communicating effectively to all parties to keep the timeline on track. Hopefully we won't be buying/selling another house in the near future but if we were to use an estate agent, I would definitely go through Crew Partnership again.

No fault of Crewe Partnership but the buying process was delayed by several months due to the sellers looking for alternative accommodation. However I would like to thank all the team at Crew Partnership who communicated with me from start to finish and provided a friendly and efficient service. Would recommend wholeheartedly.

Just having a quick browse

Just been for a viewing and have to say the worst ever, arrived on time and knocked, the agent had someone with him so asked us to wait outside, not a problem. But having concluded his dealings came out and shouted across to us to go ahead as he headed to first move then sit in his car. By the time we had viewed the property, inside and out he eventually came inside, not so much as a good morning, we got the feeling he could not have cared less. I would loved to give you the benefit of his name but he never got round to introducing himself, the company or so much as a hello.

Hi Andrew Thanks for your feedback. I had hoped that we could have had a conversation to discuss your experience and to see if I could help. I thought my luck was in when you answered your phone promptly. You proceeded to ask me to call back at a more convenient time (an understandable request), although it would have been nice if you'd given me the time to finish asking 'when would be more convenient?' before ending the call. Sadly you didn't and I evidently didn't pick a more convenient time when I called back later in the day as I had to leave a voicemail and haven't heard back since. Therefore leaving me no alternative other than replying to your review. Having spoken at length with my colleague that attended on the day I understand that unfortunately the previous viewing over ran as they sometimes do but we very much appreciated you waiting an extra couple of minutes for us. My colleague then proceeded to move his car to allow the the previous viewer off the driveway as he had parked behind them. He then entered the property as normal to help with anything that you may have needed whilst you were looking around. Once you'd finished the viewing you left, not before your colleague/partner/friend thanked him for his time.
