This company are simply a waste of space. They say a lot and do very little to resolve issues that have been soley created by them. They fail to manage expectations of tennants or house owners (landlords) and obnoxiously insist accounts are not upto date and fail to acknowledge that the mistake is one of their own staffs failure to check. I would recommend that anyone wanting to sell, rent or buy a house make sure that Reeds Rains follow everything up with a written email so that they can't deny anything!

In my experience, the Reeds Rains letting manager, Phil, was extremely rude. When I spoke to him over the phone, his tone came across as shockingly aggressive and hostile — it genuinely felt like he wanted to bite my head off. I’ve never encountered such unprofessional behaviour from someone in a managerial position. I’m still in complete shock and to be honest im pretty disappointed.

I wouldn't recommend this estate agent they discriminate people with pets and people on benefits and disability not helpful at all

Discriminates against people on benefits in the form of requesting people on benefits to provide a guarentor which they would not ask someone in employment. I only found this out the night before my viewing as i took it upon myself to double check information i had already provided in my initial enquiry. Sloppy, and could have wasted a whole day of my time which they obviously dont care about and no apology after all this. In a nut shell vile.

Been trying to book a viewing on the same house for over 2 weeks with people saying they would call us back, no calls back. When pulled up on it the lady on the phone was so rude absolutely terrible.
