Dawn and the staff at Reeds and Rains have been very helpful in our recent house purchase. I was really impressed with the service I received from Phil and the team @Reeds Rains in Burnley. Everything went smoothly, queries were always answered promptly and it was a stress free experience. However, my guarantor felt the process to be accepted was excessively intrusive and I wasn't overly impressed with the cold calling / emails etc, from third party companies who were interested in arranging my utility bills, insurance etc. But as for Phil and the team...very happy.
