Cannot fault the team at Reeds Rains for how they handled my new rental move-in process, their knowledge and patience were absolutely amazing and I couldn’t have done it without them. Elizabeth in particular went above and beyond, I can’t thank them enough!

Reeds Rains were looking after the property I was buying. Because they had previously managed it as a let they were able to answer a lot of important questions. The initial viewing wasn't rushed so I had plenty of time to have a thorough look round. They were very helpful in letting me have further viewings. Elizabeth was always quick to respond to queries and helped liaise with the vendor when there were some delays with my sale. She was helpful, friendly and polite.

The ladies at Reeds Rains were extremely helpful and chased both sets of solicitors when nothing was moving forward at all and id given up. Id got to the point where I thought it wasn't going to go through and the mortgage offer was going to expire. The ladies got everything sorted. Wish id asked them for help much sooner.
