Great service to start with. Unfortunately they favour the landlord when it comes to the end of letting, as it favours both their interests. Beware.

Our end of tenancy procedure is fully regulated by a government scheme. Our role in this process is to provide the independent adjudicator with check our report and any supporting documents, so that they can make a full and final decision.
