I chose to sell my property through Intercounty based on their strong reputation of success with similar properties in the area. Helen Mehmet was my senior sales negotiator and is a credit towards Intercounty’s success. Helen’s experienced market knowledge was evident throughout the whole selling process. Her prompt communication gave me a sense of trust and reassurance, and her effective negotiation skills between all parties involved ensured a smooth transaction. She made the selling process much easier than I expected it to be and genuinely cared about getting us the best result. When I required assistance to progress the sale, Helen and Doug Whybrow looked into it promptly, gave an expert proposal which was followed by a quick resolution. Nothing was too much trouble. Lisa Carpenter was always available in the absence of other team members and provided first class service. Thank you Helen, Doug and Lisa for getting us smoothly to completion.
