When the property became temporarily unsuitable due to a significant leak, the landlord funded alternative accommodation, and our team helped coordinate temporary housing and furniture removals at no cost to you. As the works progressed and it became clear that contractors could not provide a definite completion date, we also offered you the option to end the tenancy early without notice or penalty, so you could secure alternative long-term accommodation if that was the best option for you. We completely appreciate that having to leave your home unexpectedly is distressing and disruptive, and we are sorry that the overall experience was not a positive one for you.
