Great Experience – so much better than others I would recommend Kate Brooks and the team at Curchods unreservedly. From day one, the communication was excellent and Kate’s friendly, positive attitude made us feel completely reassured throughout the entire process. Kate was knowledgeable & professional without being pushy; nothing ever felt like too much trouble. Kate would reliably answer calls and emails promptly and comprehensively and would let me know the questions and answers from the other side in detail allowing for a great process. If you need an agent who is dedicated and is committed to and positive about the transaction, Kate is the one for you.
