Harry was genuinely one of the most helpful and approachable agents we’ve dealt with during our search so far. He was friendly, honest and never made us feel pressured at any point during the viewing process. What stood out most was that he actually listened to our concerns and answered questions openly rather than giving overly sales-driven responses. As first-time buyers, that made a big difference and helped us feel much more comfortable discussing the property properly.
