Absolutely first class service by Willowgreen to get our house purchase over the line when it was starting to look dead in the water. Catherine, from the moment I put my offer in on the property, worked tirelessly to get our purchase completed and went way above and beyond and no amount of praise will justify what she went through to stop a 4 party chain from falling through. Sally also needs a special mention too, getting involved whenever I called without hesitation or complaint, especially when I was ranting about solicitors! Both Catherine and Sally are testament to the level of quality Willowgreen can offer, they were knowledgable, diligent, extremely hard working and efficient and got everything done in a timely manner often at unreasonable times of the day. Furthermore they were both the loveliest of people and I genuinely missed my almost daily chats with Catherine whilst she was away. In what was a stressful and unenjoyable transaction, Catherine and Sally stood out as the light in the dark for my family and I. Would I recommend Willowgreen…. without shadow of doubt!
