As we are sure you can appreciate, the rental market is very fast moving and we will always try to ensure that if you wish to secure a property we act in a timely manner to receive all documentation from you in order to proceed. We have many applicants that are interested in the same properties so if you do wish to secure any rental timing is key to proceed. With regards to issues you had with the neighbour, we are sorry you had issues but Kings Lettings will not know of neighbouring properties and their occupiers. We cannot be held accountable if you have issues with your neighbours.
