Daniel acted for the sellers of the property we bought. When showing us around two properties he was marketing, Daniel was extremely helpful in suggesting and discussing how the properties could be adapted for our use. It was clear that he had excellent local knowledge. Where Daniel really excelled was in getting the sale completed. The property we bought was at the end of quite a long chain. It is fair to say that, without Daniel's persistence and professionalism, the process would have dragged on for a lot longer than it did. As it was, we completed just over 11 weeks after our offer was accepted. Throughout, Daniel was friendly and professional. We would have no hesitation in using Daniel should we decide to sell.

Julie and Poppy are a god send. Honestly from start to finish I found them to be polite, professional and above all else they were approachable. When calling or dropping by the office, nothing ever seemed to be too much trouble. When requesting anything in relation to repairs, our land lord was responsive and Newmans sought to get the issues resolved as soon as they possibly could. I can only assume that other negative reviewers have maybe been met with the same respect and level of customer service as they are presenting. Always worth treating others how you would like to be spoken and treated yourself as my experiences with Newmans are a far cry from the negative reviews left below. I will be back with you again in the new year. :)
