Daniel and David were very professional and listened carefully to my wishes from the outset. They were really good at exploring different options to jointly agree the best way forward to sell my property - a very personal and caring approach. They used the latest virtual tour technology to get an top-class web-presence and were willing to go the extra mile (multiple visits) to get the best presentation of my property. Daniel and David clearly had the experience to advise me, based on good current selling market intel - and a good up-to-date understanding of what prospective buyers are looking for right now. Couple their experience and inclusive approach, with their very competitive fees their's was the most compelling proposal in the face of stiff competition from more established Estate Agents.
