Webbers Estate Agents Bude

Following a viewing of another property, Rosy kept me informed of other upcoming properties and helped me to secure the right property very quickly. From getting details of a property to viewing and referencing done within 3 days. Rosy kept me informed and gave me peace of mind through a stressful process of finding a new place to live!

I would like to thank Rosy who managed the process wonderfully from the moment I contacted her. I would also like to thank her for her patience with the paperwork :) I am very happy to work with the Kings Group. Thank you Kings Group

I would like to thank Brodie for all her help. She made my process stress-free and supported me as much as she possibly could with great advise. I cannot thank her enough for being so understanding, informative and patient.

Just bought a house through Harrison at Kings. Throughout the buying phase he was great with keeping me up to date along with Louie. Very well informed throughout the whole transaction and couldn’t fault the boys!!

Howard was Very Helpful, all went through smoothly. We will definitely be using EweMove Estate agents again and recommending to friends.

I chose to sell my house with Howard at Ewe Move because he works independently and offers an excellent and very personal service. Unlike the bigger estate agents you only deal with Howard as he represents Ewe Move in Leeds, and therefore the service is incredibly consistent. My home was shown beautifully in pictures online and I was able to direct message him throughout the whole selling process and even after completion. Certainly recommend!

EweMove Estate agents at Oakwood North Leeds offered hands on personal service and the boss Howard Bottomley delivered it himself 100%. Small business but uo effective. Sold my high end house in 4 months due to setting a realistic valuation. It only takes one positive purchaser and he found him/her. My communications were responded to on the same same day 7 days a week - Impressive

How refreshing to meet an intelligent estate agent who really engaged with the unique identity of both house and neighbourhood to find us the right buyers! I was very happy with Howard's highly personalised, local approach, which contrasted strongly with the very generic service of other agencies, and was succesful in finding buyers who were excited to buy our house. Howard gave good advice and supported us through the process, which was both was pleasant and efficient. I wholeheartedly recommend Howard Bottomley and EweMove to anyone wishing to sell a house in North Leeds.

Howard was absolutely brilliant during the purchase of our property, he really helped keeps things moving along and was always approachable and friendly. He always tried to make things easier for us and even gave us some tips on the neighbourhood! We would definitely work with him again in the future.

Excellent service from Howard. From start to completion, he was very professional, capable, and responsive to all of my queries. I was not looking forward to the whole process, but Howard not only secured a prompt sale at a good price, he also minimised the inevitable stress points. Howard was recommended to me by a friend and I too would have no hesitation in recommending him to anyone. Thankyou!
