JLL Stratford made letting my new property seamless, even while I was abroad. They sourced and analyzed multiple potential tenants, ensuring the best fit, and set a competitive rental price based on market trends. Their team managed the entire process, from checks to tenancy agreements, on my behalf. They also coordinated decorations and followed up with the developer to address defects, keeping everything on track. Communication between me and the tenants was flawless, thanks to their professionalism and local expertise. Highly recommend JLL Stratford to any landlord!
