Webbers Estate Agents Bude

We introduced the Holbrook & Co team as a third agent in selling our lovely home. Within a few days we had viewings after viewings which lead to a sale with just over a week! The team were excellent at staying in touch with us throughout the whole process and made it such an easy process. We can't thank them enough for all the hard work and being such a friendly team. Highly recommend Holbrook & Co!

Caroline from Holbrook and Co was a dream to communicate with. I am a first time buyer so buying a house was all very scary and having dealt with a previous estate agent prior and them not being very helpful I was very anxious. However, the moment I spoke to Caroline all my nerves settled and she made it a very exciting and enjoyable process. Thank-you for everything and making everything so easy! I cannot wait to move into my first home!

Would 100% recommend Holbrook to anyone looking to sell their home! Liam was fantastic valuing and listing my home for sale, he was available at my discretion to come and value the property and gave me an estimate valuation within the property which then resulted in the same written valuation very shortly afterwards via email. Caroline was amazing updating me regarding viewings and any offers that came in throughout the process. Once a sale was agreed, I was updated every step of the way and the sale went through within 2 months. If you want to sell your home, look no further than Holbrook as they will do an amazing job.

Couldn’t not thank Caroline and Liam anymore! They have made buying our first home such an easy/smooth process! Always in contact with updates and answering any silly questions from us! Great service highly recommend.

Sam and Shane have been fantastic in helping us buy our first family home. Communication from the start was brilliant which made the whole process go smoothly. Thank you for the help and guidance.

Would recommend Davis & Lund in a heartbeat! Sam in particular was lovely to deal with and kept us updated throughout our selling process.

Recently competed a purchase of a property in south woodham ferrers through Balgores - the team were responsive, knowledgeable and super helpful throughout. I also used their mortgage advisor who was super. Would thoroughly recommend.

Clive and the team treated us with care and kindness whilst being professional throughout a difficult sale. This was emotional selling my late Aunt's home but we could not have picked a better agency who saw us through this time to a …

Balgores were very professional and assisted with our sale. Marie was fantastic and went above and beyond to get a tricky chain over the line.

Balgores were very professional and our portfolio of the pictures of our property really showed it off to its best advantage. They kept us informed of any developments with our sale and we’re always very helpful with any queries that we had.
