Webbers Estate Agents Bude

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I had an excellent experience securing my new home through LL Estate. From start …

Excellent service through out, communication is key for selling/ buying homes, knowing what's happening at every stage lowers the stress levels and LL Estates certainly kept us well informed throughout our purchase. Well done, would highly recommend.

Everyone I have dealt with at Intercounty so far has been really helpful and professional. I want to say special thanks to Katie Mitson for making my recent application for a rental property through them so stress free; she's kept me informed and been so friendly and understanding, and it is very much appreciated.

Excellent service yet again from the team and special thanks to Doug Wybrough for going the extra mile.

My Wife and I recently purchased our first property through Intercounty. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable throughout and helped us cut through the jargon associated with getting on the property ladder. They made the process quick and easy, and special mention to Doug who kept us in the loop all the way through as our sales progression agent. Would highly recommend Doug and the whole team at Intercounty.

Very nice experience the lady Natasha Gabbani was professional and respectful of the people and the time agreed upon Highly recommended

Lucy Sandford is exceptional. Very professional and always a safe pair of hands

Had a fantastic experience with Intercounty Bishop’s Stortford. Natasha conducted the viewing and was amazing — friendly, professional, and very helpful. After that, I was supported by Reece Knight and Sheli, and both were excellent throughout the process. They were always very responsive, and whenever I called the office, my queries were handled promptly and professionally. Sheli, in particular, stood out — she was incredibly understanding, proactive, and always followed up to make sure all my questions were answered. Her support really made a difference. I viewed many properties through different letting agencies, but Intercounty provided one of the best experiences I’ve had. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I would highly recommend their service!

As a tenant, Natasha helped me find a new property to rent and made the whole experience feel straightforward and well managed. She was always very smiley, kind, and easy to communicate with. She kept me updated, answered questions quickly, and handled everything efficiently, which made a real difference during the process. I felt supported throughout and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking to rent.
