Webbers Estate Agents Bude

I had a great experience with JLL and my letting agent Kyle Yousif. He was so kind and very patient with me as this is my first time moving and it is all very new to me. I would highly recommend both JLL and Kyle. :)

We had a great experience with Erjana! As we were relocating and couldn’t do an in-person viewing, she arranged a very helpful online tour and made the whole process smooth. She handled all documents efficiently and guided us clearly on housing and visa requirements. Everything was exactly as shown, and her professionalism made a big difference. Highly recommended!

My experience with JLL Stratford was splendid. Kyle helped us view multiple properties. He was responsive, communicative and explained all the necessary details thoroughly. The properties were also of pristine quality. Overall, JLL Stratford's communication and transparency is what stood out for me and I would highly recommend them.

Kyle was super helpful in showing us around different flats and was very informed, answering all our questions. Maria and Kyle made the whole move in process much easier than it could have been and they were very accommodating. I would 100% recommend JLL as we are very happy in our new home.

I spoke to Tianne who has helped me find my ideal flat for the next two year which I’m very happy about, she is very professional, responded quickly on time and always kept my request on mind. I really like her and appreciate her help! She is one of the best agents I have met in London!

Kyle the agent is great. He is very responsive on WhatsApp and managed to book me in for a viewing the very next day after my inquiry. A smooth and positive experience.

I found a really nice flat under the help of my agent Tianne! Very patient and helpful

Kyle was absolutely great to work with. We were on a very tight timeline just about 1.5 weeks to view the property and move in and he made the whole process smooth and stress-free. He was quick, responsive, and really helpful at every step, making sure everything was sorted in time for our move. We really appreciate his effort and professionalism. Highly recommend Kyle if you’re looking for a reliable and efficient letting agent!

His communication was clear, professional, and consistently timely, which made what can often be a stressful experience feel smooth and well-managed. Kyle was attentive, approachable, and genuinely committed to helping me find the right place. Overall, his level of service was excellent, and I’m truly grateful for his support. We had such a great experience selling our house with Hayward Fox. Everything was done very considerately and efficiently. Darren was so helpful and always available when we had questions. Great job!
