Really happy with the service at the Brundall office, Sam was particularly friendly and always happy to help. Although we encountered some issues with listing (our fault not the agents!) we were really happy with the gentleman who came to take the listing photos. He was very thorough and took a lot more care in getting everything looking it’s best. (We also listed with another local estate agent but found their pictures to be very disappointing and their fees were considerably higher than Starkings!!) All in all I would recommend friends and family to use Starkings as their value for money is well worth it.
