I first met Chris whilst I was viewing a house (which unfortunately wasn't meant to be) and the way he presented himself and the property was like a breath of fresh air! There were no cheesy sales talk, no pressure was put on us and overall was a friendly and professional guy. We then decided that we would like them to help us sell our house - which they did within a week of our open day! We can't thank Chris and all the staff at Starkings and Watson enough. They were always happy to provide support, chase up solicitors and just make the whole process that little bit easier! Would definitely recommend this estate agent to anyone thinking of buying or selling their houses.
