We had quite a few Estate Agents come and value our property until Chris came from S & W. Straight away we felt he understood our situation and value of the property. We were also impressed with S & W from a buyers perspective as they always answered their phone and got back to us when we wanted to view properties. This didn’t it happen with other Estate agents and is an important point as we wanted to feel secure in the fact that if people wanted to view our property that S & W would be there to help. S & W's fee is extremely competitive as well. We sold our house in 5 weeks above what other Estate agents had valued our property. They have been so helpful throughout and Annie has chased everything for us to make sure the chain kept moving. I couldn’t recommend them highly enough
