If you are after a value for money, professional, friendly and modern service then look no further. We decided on Starkins & Watson after viewing a property with themselves and receiving a very professional service....which was quite refreshing given the poor service from the majority of other estate agents nowadays!. Initially all was a bit slow but this was mainly due to listing over Xmas, however Chris constantly updated us with figures, listing changes etc to maximise the sale potential and we sold shortly after. After sales was brilliant, constant chasing on our behalf to progress the sale/purchase. This is how a modern day estate agents should be run and the others could learn a lot from their approach.
