S&W were recommended to us and we're so glad we used them. Melissa was fantastic throughout what was an extremely stressful and needlessly lengthy process (not the fault of S&W). Melissa was the glue that kept the whole chain together and remained in constant contact with all parties and solicitors going above and beyond to ensure everything kept moving. Without her efforts, knowledge and professionalism I strongly believe that the move would never have happened. She always called back with updates at the agreed time (a extremely admirable trait) and was more than happy to take on duties that didn't necessarily fall under her remit however, she was so passionate about us getting our dream move that she frequently went the extra mile.
