We sold our house through Starkings & Watson in September. We were very impressed by this estate agent. The initial contact, including the photographs and quality of the brochure were excellent. Their website is really good, easy to use and informative on how your sale is progressing. Their advertising strategy is wide ranging. They are not at all pushy and the two people we had most contact with, David Hawkes and Annie Edwards, did their jobs professionally and thoroughly. Annie, in particular, was really on the ball towards the end when things got a bit tricky and was a huge help. A really good company to deal with and very fair and competitive charges. Thank you all.
