Used them to sell my mothers property . They were very friendly and helpful from the beginning, sold house for more than guide price on first open day .Charly did so much to help us when things got complicated down the chain and kept us fully informed and chased up solicitors , all ending with a happy result .Karen was also helpful . Would highly recommend Starkins and Watson for buying or selling A* service xx
