Completed yesterday on sale of my dad’s house. Really pleased with service. Most importantly, I trusted their advice about price. I queried whether to drop price and they advised against that at least in short term. Would have been really easy for them to have agreed just for a quick sale. Property sold at the higher price shortly after so advice was right. After sale agreed I was kept updated particularly by Will.
