We used Starkings and Watson this year and viewed multiple houses with Stephen. He was so helpful, knowledgeable about the property, very approachable and friendly. Can’t recommend him enough as a sales negotiator, he really knows his stuff. Would be highly likely to use this estate agent in the future.

Having used a different agent when the house first went on the market, we weren't entirely satisfied with their service. We changed to Starkings Watson when the property was re-advertised and they've been exemplary. For personal reasons, we've since had to remove the property from the market, even though it was sold. I would certainly recommend them.

Catherine kept us updated on a weekly basis including information from solicitors for the compete chain.
