Very pleased with the service following the first appointment to provide a valuation and then throughout the journey to secure a buyer. The app which provides insight on booked appointments and feedback was incredibly useful and allowed me to understand the views or prospective buyers swiftly post viewing. Delighted to have received multiple offers above asking price and the support from the post sales team (Charly) was spot on. Delighted to complete today and would recommend the Costessey office for others looking to sell.

I have recently bought my new home through Starkins and Watkins and I can wholeheartedly say what an amazing service they provide…..professional, friendly and personal approach and if your lucky enough to have Natalie dealing with your purchase- you have struck gold!!!
