An excellent service from start to fnish. At the initial meeting the no-nonsense pricing and all-inclusive service put S&W ahead of the competition. Despite some problems further down the chain, the communication received was exceptional, and special thanks and commendation must go to Sarah, who's tenacity and regular updates made the process less stressful. Karen and Sam were also supportive and deserve a mention. We would certainly not hesitate to recommend Starkings & Watson.

Superb help, information and, critically, communication from Sam and Karen. An unfamiliar experience for me , but they were open, welcoming and friendly which was massively reassuring. Whole process, including post-offer help, could not have gone better! Once the offer had been accepted, Sarah kept me informed at regular intervals so at no stage was I in the dark as to what was going on and where things stood. All three made a potentially difficult and emotional experience as pleasant as possible. Would not hesitate to recommend…

We recently completed a sale and purchase, both of which with S&W. Fantastic service from everyone who I ever spoke to! We felt comfortable working with them from day 1. Karen and Sam from the Brundall office were great help with our purchase. Karen would call regularly with an update. They were active with viewings for our sale and got things moving quickly. Starkings and Watson were great with communication and I could not fault this. We felt reassured that they cared about us. Despite complications Sarah Short was amazing, she was always prompt with updates, chasing everyone, and making sure things kept pace. Would highly recommend Starkings and Watson. Fantastic service, start to finish. We purchased our new home through Starkings & Watson and were lucky enough to have Sarah looking after us. She was absolutely amazing, I never really leave reviews but honestly this was a very stressful and difficult chain but Sarah was great. Lots of updates, she chased everyone, she was great. The estate agents we sold our property with actually closed down 4 weeks before the completion, we were frantic but Sarah just took over and made it happen. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

From the Brundall office we received outstanding service a very professional company, the first to view our property made an offer and subsequently completed. They also have an excellent purchase progression department who assisted us throughout. Service we received from start to finish was second to none

The customer service we received when buying our first home was truly exceptional. Sam and Karen in particular were always a cheery voice at the end of the phone. They really cared and kept our experience positive even when our first house fell through. As we are nearing completion date, they continue to check in and celebrate with us. Sarah was also an invaluable part of our journey when providing regular updates from both our solicitors. She was able to answer any questions we had and put us at ease the whole time. We wanted to thank the team for all their help throughout our journey.

Fabulous service with just the right mix of friendliness and professionalism. As buyers they kept us informed throughout and were patient with our many questions.
