If it wasn't for Elaine we wouldn't have known what was going on . We sold with Paul carr and they didn't bother to phone me until the week before the sale well I phoned them they didn't even know we were thar close to the completion. Can't fault Elaine, from the moment I showed interest in the 1st house I viewed she knew exactly what I was looking for. Once this was found she kept me in the loop the whole way through the process, I cant fault the communication from her. I wouldnt hesitate to recommend goodchilds. Subject: Urgent Complaint Regarding Unresolved Issues and Lack of Repairs I am extremely disappointed and distressed by the appalling conditions of the property managed by Good Child's Castle Management. Despite assurances that the hole in the roof would be repaired before our move-in, it remains unresolved, leading to irreparable damage to my daughter's ashes. Rebecca, seemingly the sole employee, has repeatedly assured us of repairs through numerous emails, yet no action has been taken. Her lack of customer service skills and refusal to address the necessary repairs are unacceptable. True Pilot reviews highlighting her poor performance are indeed accurate. The property exhibits severe issues, including a worsening hole in the roof, a persistently running sink, poor plumbing, and unbearable dampness. This renders the home uninhabitable, a fact known from a previous complaint by Dan in Walsall housing complaints. I am left with no choice but to pursue legal action against Good Childs, Castle Management and Michael for this egregious experience. Rebecca's consistent lies and fraudulent behavior need to be addressed, and her termination is warranted. This ordeal has been emotionally distressing, and I am committed to making this a costly suit to hold responsible parties accountable for their negligence and mistreatment of consumers. Update: Rebecca is fabricating repairs being scheduled via email. I’m flabbergasted because I’ve reached out directly to the contractors and they were never coming out. Do not use this company
