Her lack of customer service skills and refusal to address the necessary repairs are unacceptable. True Pilot reviews highlighting her poor performance are indeed accurate. The property exhibits severe issues, including a worsening hole in the roof, a persistently running sink, poor plumbing, and unbearable dampness. This renders the home uninhabitable, a fact known from a previous complaint by Dan in Walsall housing complaints. I am left with no choice but to pursue legal action against Good Childs, Castle Management and Michael for this egregious experience. Rebecca's consistent lies and fraudulent behavior need to be addressed, and her termination is warranted. This ordeal has been emotionally distressing, and I am committed to making this a costly suit to hold responsible parties accountable for their negligence and mistreatment of consumers. Update: Rebecca is fabricating repairs being scheduled via email. I’m flabbergasted because I’ve reached out directly to the contractors and they were never coming out. Do not use this company
