Throughout a difficult and challenging house purchase, that took close to 9 months to complete; they kept me informed at all times, provided me with updates and supported me throughout the process; even though they were not representing me. She has been wonderful. Always helpful in anyway she can be. A great communicator who responds quickly and does what she says she will do! But a company is only as good as it's people and the people that I dealt with then are long gone. I have just purchased my first home that was being sold by goodchilds. I was shown around two different houses by Ellie who was really helpful and supportive. I put an offer in on the second house and found out a few days later that my offer was accepted. Anisa, Lauren, Kerry and all the other staff have regularly been updating me and advising me on what to do and what will happen next.
