I don’t usually write reviews but Oulsnam has been absolutely fantastic, specifically Pete. Since day one, selling my flat has been extremely stressful (borderline traumatic!) and took a very long time (put on the market in December and finally completed in September) due to a buyer pulling out last minute and various issues with solicitors and so on but Pete was very supportive and kind although I had about 100 hissy fits throughout and really just wanted to give up with the whole thing! Pete went above and beyond and communicated politely, patiently and promptly since day 1. Without a doubt this wouldn’t have gone through without his help and I am incredibly thankful that it’s finally over and we can all breathe and move on! When my original buyer pulled out, he told me straight away and put the property back on the market and it was sold again very quickly which was a relief. I would definitely recommend anyone to use Oulsnam if you are crazy enough to go through the house buying/selling process!

It was a huge decision to decide to move house. The daunting process of buying and selling was not something I was looking forward too. When Tom came to my home to discuss putting it on the market I made him aware of my worries and concerns and I have to say from beginning to end and throughout the entire buying and selling process Tom was there to answer any questions I had and explained anything that I wasn't sure of.
