It was a huge decision to decide to move house. The daunting process of buying and selling was not something I was looking forward too. When Tom came to my home to discuss putting it on the market I made him aware of my worries and concerns and I have to say from beginning to end and throughout the entire buying and selling process Tom was there to answer any questions I had and explained anything that I wasn't sure of. So reassuring and professional at all times. I trusted him and he never failed!! The team in the office were also there and happy to help if he wasn't available and I was always in safe hands.
