Professional, excellent local knowldge of property market, high service standards.
Everyone at Sinclair Hammelton were very engaged with us as clients so we felt we had support from a whole team of people looking after the sale of our property. Everyone was prepared to go the extra mile but Morwenna Wittey gets a special mention. She was brilliant at managing a drawn out exchange of contracts period, keeping everything on track when things just did not go as planned. We bought our house of them and sold our house with them and would be very happy to recommend them. They have to compete with several of the bigger chains of estate agents but their local knowledge of the house market and their attention to service standards give them an edge.

Excellent support and assistance from finding property to moving in
Natalie Lazzam is one in a million. Having found my perfect flat Natalie has constantly liaised with both vendor and my solicitors, chasing them up and updating me. Took a lot of work from me making the transaction as painless and trouble free as possible. She clearly loves her work and takes pleasure in finding the right home for you even steering me when she knew it wasn't right. She got to know my requirements and when I got a bit down about not finding it immediately continued to go out of her way to search and inform me when properties coming on she thought would fit. Natalie is an extremely kind and upbeat agent who never pressurised me but showed her dedication in identifying properties she thought would suit my search. She stayed committed until keys exchanged and maintained her professionalism at the forefront. A no nonsense and business approach with a personal touch with keenness to secure my new home. In fact when she was out of the office Luke was also extremely helpful and so I never felt as though things were sliding. A very smooth experience with strong support from Natalie to a successful move. Would definitely sell my flat with them when the time comes, but a while yet as love my new home

Extremely helpful, proactive and responsive
I was looked after by Natalie in the Bromley office and she could not have been more helpful and easy to work with. Natalie and the Bromley team were quick to respond and helped me in all aspects of my purchase. They are clearly extremely experienced and knowledgeable and I would recommend them and Natalie in particular.

Very professional and hard working, would definitely recommend.
I would like to say a big thank you to Sinclair Hamilton and in particular Natalie Lazzam for all her hard work in getting this sale exchanged and completed, Natalie was constantly chasing solicitors and estate agents to make sure this sale went through without delay and couldn't of done anymore to help. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their services and I would certainly use Sinclair Hamilton again.

Forget everything you think of estate agents!
Selling your home is considered, alongside divorce and christmas, one of the most stressful situations that one can experience. . . Not with Sinclair Hammelton. my family's dealings with them were as painless as they could have possibly been. By way of recommendation, we also bought our home through them and didn't for a second consider using anyone else. The whole team there were calm, considerate and diligent, they also do what they say they will do! I cannot rate them highly enough and would suggest to anyone that they employ Sinclair Hammelton if they want peace of mind and utter honesty!

Sinclair Hammelton Review
I bought my first property through Sinclair Hammelton during the Summer of 2015. My agent was Michael Gibbs. Michael was professional and helpful throughout. He was always easy to get hold of and kept me informed at all stages of the process. I can't recommend him enough. I also dealt with Luke Goatley quite a lot in the last few days leading to the exchange and he too was very helpful. I would recommend Sinclair Hammelton again and again.
