A brilliant experience
We recently completed on a property in Bromley and had a brilliant experience with Sinclair Hammelton and in particular, Matthew, who gave us a really professional and wonderfully helpful experience. It was a brilliant experience working with Matt, going to viewings with him and getting answers to the questions we had (which was never too much trouble!). Matt communicated with us often and is a real people person and you could see he had developed really good relationships with sellers of properties, he kept us in the loop with things so we knew what was happening and when and so we felt in very safe hands. Its was an absolute joy and we highly reccomend Matt and Sinclaire Hammelton when purchasing a property.

A second choice which should have been my first.
After 9 months on the market and a series of "sales" that never reached exchange, I moved to Sinclair-Hammelton. The effect was immediate and their great team swung into action. 3 months later I completed. Throughout the process, S-H were efficient, kept me closely informed and a delight to speak to. You can't ask for more than that.

Purchase of family home
I have dealt with a number of leading agents and none of them have come close to Sinclair Hammelton. From the viewing to the point of picking up the keys I was always provided with excellent customer service. I was put first and no request was too much to deal with. The honest approach was evident from the start and this meant the transaction ran smoothly. The previous agent selling the property struggled for 6 months as their attitude towards customer service was poor. I asked for a viewing and was put off meaning they lost a sale. Upon being marketed with Sinclair Hammelton the property was sold to me within 9 weeks of viewing and that was with Christmas in between. I would not hesitate in recommending this agent to anyone looking to buy or sell their home. All my dealings were with Natalie Lazzam who was most helpful and knowledgable throughout the process. If only all things were as easy as buying a home through Sinclair Hammelton. Thanks to all the team and I look forward to dealing with you again in the future.

Highly Recommended!
We have just completed the purchase of a house in Bromley with Sinclair Hammelton and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, helpful and smooth sale or purchase. Our main contact was Natalie Lazzam and she was brilliant from our first viewing right through to the point of handing over the keys. Natalie took the stress out of the process by being easily contactable (including returning phone calls), proactive and knowledgeable throughout the process. Natalie and the team at Sinclair Hammelton clearly know the Bromley market extremely well and I would not hesitate to use them again.

Sinclair Hammelton did a good job
From our first meeting with Russell Sinclair and subsequently being introduced to Luke, who manages the Bromley High Street branch, and Matt who managed viewings etc. we were assured that our sale was being looked after by a professional and competent team they advised and consulted at each step and achieved a excellent result.

I bought a flat from Sinclair Hammelton. Matt was extremely professional, he kept me informed of progress throughout and made it a relatively stress-free process. They did not call relentlessly like some other agents (Foxtons were unbearable!) Thank you.

Friendly and helpful staff, easy letting process
I rented an apartment from Sinclair Hammelton! They were very helpful from the leasing process to the tenancy to the exit process when I had to move for work. They have a wide range of properties and are willing to work with you to find the perfect apartment. Just give them a call and they will immediately get on helping you find a great apartment.

A solution to every problem
As first time buyers we were clueless of the whole buying procedure. Matthew and everyone else in the Bromley team, answered our every question with patience and clarity. They were never negative to any of our requests and found solutions quickly and efficiently. There is nothing more we could ask from an agent and we are grateful for that.

Buying a house in Bromley
We bought a house through Sinclair Hammelton in Bromley. We were extremely impressed with the service provided to us - open / honest / effective and a pleasure to deal with. Most knowledgeable agent in Bromley!
We used Sinclair Hammelton to sell our house recently and the service was second to none. Russell and his team know the Bromley area and particularly the Palace Estate like no other agent. He pitched our price at exactly the right level and followed it up with accompanied (thank you Natalie...) viewings, after previously bringing all his sales team around so as they knew what they were taking about. After a matter of weeks we had two good offers which enabled us to buy the house we wanted. Morwhenna then negotiated a tricky path to completion but kept us informed all the way as did all the team in the office. I would not hesitate to use Sinclair Hammelton again and would recommend them to anyone. Perfect....
